Hello, I’m Sonja!
I am a nutrition scientist and hold a PhD in epidemiology. Since the birth of my two children in 2019 and 2023, I have been deeply focused on postpartum recovery and how to regain a flat stomach after pregnancy. I want to help you get back in shape after childbirth and maintain your health!
My Story
After the birth of my daughter in 2019, I felt uncomfortable in my body. The postpartum recovery course did not bring the expected results, and I struggled with back problems and even a herniated disc. Three years later, during my second pregnancy, I developed a daily exercise routine that helped me go through the pregnancy without back pain. These experiences have shown me how crucial postpartum recovery is for a healthy body and, most importantly, for feeling comfortable in your body again.
